1. In case of customer reject/refusal due to wrong product delivery, manufacturing defect, damaged product where the customer informs within 48 hours after the delivery, Jamuna Electronics will replace the product according the order made. Company will not refund any amount once the payment has been received.
2. In case of customer returns, where the customer accepts the product but later returns; Jamuna Electronics only replace any products against above mentioned reasons only.
3. Jamuna Electronics will only receive and return product only if it is broken during transport.
